It is mandatory to have the Race Director of all your warning(s) recorded. A race director MUST be included with footage of warnings/penalties wanted to be removed.

    • Phone footage of poor quality (footage must include all corners of the screen and text must be readable;

7-2 Requested Footage

7-2.1 As soon as the incident has been reported the lead steward will request footage from all drivers involved in reported footage, this is regardless whether the incident is clear or not.
7-2.2 Drivers who are asked for requested footage have 24 hours to send it in. This footage should be added directly into the report from where the footage is requested.
7-2.3 Any driver who does not send in requested footage within the deadline time (24 hours) will receive a no footage penalty based on number of offenses on top of any incurring penalties from the incident unless extension is asked for by drivers and granted by stewards.
7-2.4 Footage sent in after the deadline will be deemed inadmissible however may still be used as evidence in order to provide the stewards with a better chance to make more accurate decisions.
7-2.5 All incidents in any footage (regardless of being initially reported) can be punishable by stewards.

7-3 Steward Decisions

7-3.1 Following all footage being sent in stewards will review their opinions and come to a decision.
7-3.2 Drivers are expected to respect each stewards decision, it is inevitable that some decisions will go for you and some against you. If you feel any actions/decisions are wrong, you are expected to address the situation calmly and maturely.
7-3.3 The stewarding panel will consist of three experienced non-drivers for absolute impartiality. All three of them will impart their opinion before concluding in a 2-1, or 3-0 majority vote on any decision.

7-4 Appeal Process

7-4.1Drivers have 24 hours to appeal the stewards decision IN THE ORIGINAL INCIDENT TICKET, not the penalty channel, so long as they are directly involved.
7-4.2 In order for an incident to be reviewed again, the driver must either bring new relevant evidence (footage not submitted in time or not submitted at all will NOT count) or highlight a mistake in the findings. If the driver fails to do so, the appeal will be dismissed.
7-4.3 Each driver will start the season with 3 appeals. If an appeal is won they will keep their original number of appeals, however if they lose it will be deducted by 1.
7-4.3.1 Once an appeal is submitted by a driver, it cannot be retracted
7-4.4
Appeal stewards have the right to change the original stewards decision.
7-4.5 The outcome of an appeal is final and absolute. There is no appealing an appeal.
